Chin Mudra - Consciousness Seal
This mudra connects us to our Higher Self, it brings awareness and increases intuition. It provides a focal point during meditation and other yoga practices that helps to anchor the mind and reduces some of the internal chatter.
It is easy to perform either join the tip of the thumb and the tip of the index finger together or roll the tip of the index finger down towards the base of the thumb. Rest the hands on the back of the knees with the palms facing up.
